What is the Distinction between Steady Diffusion and Straightforward Diffusion?
So I am fairly new at AI Artwork Technology, however I used to be having enjoyable on Dezgo and getting the dangle of it. I do not wanna pay to make use of a number of Lora’s tho, so I look on-line for tutorials on downloading Steady Diffusion and I observed one thing.
For Steady Diffusion, whereas this tutorial is definitely doable, it includes a variety of steps and signing up for a number of completely different accounts.
Right here it feels like all I’ve to do is obtain Straightforward Diffusion and I am good to go. Are there any significant variations between Steady Diffusion and Straightforward Diffusion? Will I get the identical high quality and velocity from each? Why undergo all the additional steps for Steady?
Easy Diffusion is a user interface to Stable Diffusion. There are a number of other popular user interfaces, such as WebUI (aka, Automatic1111), ComfyUI, and Vlad (a modified version of Automatic1111, whose official name escapes me at the moment). Under the hood, they’re all Stable Diffusion.
UPDATE: Vlad is SD.Next.
EasyDiffusion is just a product that makes it easier for non-technical people to install and use Stable Diffusion.
I think perhaps you’re thinking Automatic1111’s stable-diffusion-webui is Stable Diffusion, but it’s not. It’s simply a UI for Stable Diffusion. Easy Diffusion is just another UI for it.
I use Easy Diffusion some. I like it. But I mostly use webui.
>Are there any meaningful differences between Stable Diffusion and Easy Diffusion? Will I get the same quality and speed from both?
If only it were that simple! While all the versions will probably give you the same quality image for the same settings, there are substantial differences between the features supported by the different interfaces, and also differences in performance. For example, ComfyUI is (in my opinion) *a lot* more difficult to use than Automatic1111, but it is currently faster and better with VRAM use.

Easy Diffusion is a Stable Diffusion UI that is simple to install and easy to use with no hassle. A1111 is another UI that requires you to know a few Git commands and some command line arguments but has a lot of community-created extensions that extend the usability quite a lot. ComfyUI is a backend-focused node system that masquerades as something of a front-end UI. The barebone backend nature of ComfyUI allows for lower resource usage such as Vram than other UIs. But ComfyUI is akin to a car in which you may have to manually pump the engine to speed up or press the wheels to stop since it has no door, windshield, roof, steering wheel, accelerator, brake, or transmission gears preinstalled.
